refactor(dialog):重构歌单对话框组件结构- 将 PlaylistDialog重命名为 PlaylistDialogContent

- 新增 PlaylistDialogManager 组件管理对话框逻辑
- 将对话框显示函数移至 PlaylistDialogManager 中
- 创建全局对话框管理器实例- 优化对话框构建器的实现方式
