fix: update 163 mail - click inbox first, correct refresh selectors

- Click "收件箱" in left sidebar on load to ensure inbox view
- Refresh uses toolbar "刷新" button (nui-btn-text) or sidebar "收信" button
- Selectors match actual 163 mail DOM structure
