Improve ChatGPT signup robustness

- 邮箱页找不到 input 时先轮询 8s（异步挂载）
- 已离开 chatgpt.com 主页时不再二次点击注册入口（避免连点把表单关掉）
- _click_signup_entry 命中后等 800ms 让导航开始
- _fill_name_and_birthday 对齐扩展原版：识别 spin / select / age 三种 UI
- React Aria 下拉支持 force/JS click 兜底，age 模式用 JS 设值绕过 label 拦截
